About Me
- Kate Luder
- The idea of calling my blog "All in a knot paracords" came to me while trying to wind the paracord into hanks ready for shrinking, the cord has a tendency to twist in a relaxed state, so invariably I am sorting out knots. The braided sheath has a high number of interwoven strands for its size, giving it a relatively smooth texture. The all-nylon construction makes paracord fairly elastic. The process is done on a Paracord Jig using a series of knots (a bit like macrame). There are so many knots to create and a wide range of colours, so there is so much variation in style and colour. Paracording is so additive, however some of the knots are very complicated and need time and patience to create something wonderful. I knot bracelets, necklaces, key rings, lanyards, dog leads, dog collars, dog walker/cyclist whistles in a cord neckwear and bathroom light cords. Dog collars are custom made and when measuring for one, please put two flat fingers between the tape measure and the dog's neck. All prices are reflective of the length of the item and complexity of the knots. If you are interested in purchasing or a commission please contact me at kateluder@hotmail.com
